Comment: Phillip is an extremely well mannered and polite individual, who has carried out three First Aid Training courses to ensure Sleaford District Leaders are trained to a high standard. This ensures that all the Leaders can carryout First Aid during any Scout meetings, camps, activities, or indeed any situation that might arise. From what I have witnessed and my Leaders have informed me, the level of training provided by Philip was totally professional and presented in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which ensured that everyone fully understood what he was teaching. As such, I feel confident that my District is in safe hands, and as Sleaford District Commissioner, I fully intend to use Phillip for all my future District First Aid Training needs. |
